The controller of any personal data collected on this site is Consilia ApS, CVR 45092089, with offices at Richard Petersens Plads 21, 2800 Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark. You can reach our privacy team at privacy@humanthinking.tech.

This notice covers humanthinking.tech and its subdomains. Individual products (ChatTutor, MasterAI, Weber, Koncert, TailWind, Logos, Sherlock, Porter) have their own product-level privacy documentation provided at sign-up.

The minimum we need to run the site and answer you.

We do not buy personal data, we do not sell personal data, and we do not use your messages to train machine-learning models.

Why we’re allowed to process this.

• Contract / pre-contract — when you ask us about a pilot, demo, or partnership (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Legitimate interest — keeping the site secure and debugging errors (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Consent — any optional analytics beyond what is strictly necessary (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Short by default.

• Server request logs: up to 30 days.
• Contact-form correspondence: up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
• Commercial records (for customers and partners): kept as required by Danish bookkeeping law (currently 5 years).

One cookie. Your choice.

This site uses one first-party cookie, ht_consent, to remember whether you accepted or declined optional analytics. It expires after 12 months. No tracking or advertising cookies are set without your consent.

To run the site and respond to you, we use a short list of trusted service providers:

• A web host / CDN to serve the pages.
• An email provider for our @humanthinking.tech addresses.
• A form-handling service (such as Formspree) to deliver messages from the contact form to our inbox.

Each of these processes personal data only on our instructions under a Data Processing Agreement (GDPR Art. 28). We prioritise EU/EEA-hosted services; where a provider is based outside the EEA, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

What you can ask us to do.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct it if it’s wrong.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Restrict or object to our processing.
• Receive a copy in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time for anything based on consent.

Email privacy@humanthinking.tech and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re unhappy with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.

We’ll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page, and — for anything material — we’ll flag the change in the cookie banner the next time you visit.
